November 06 October 2009 - No recordAnother month had passed and I had not written any blog for it (Oct 2009). It's because I got too much to do at work, so no time to write anything at all. At the end of the day I hit the gym and arrived home late, so . . . nothing was updated here. Some kind of tension passed through me . . . IT Operation Manager was . . . the same . . . He does not understand English well enough, so he thought my email to MD kind of accused him of something, so he started the fight. My email was just general, he misunderstood because of his poor English. He should have asked me first what the content I wrote was about before accusing me for what did not happen. Some of Thai people are still afraid to lose their faces. Those of whom do not accept the fact that they are lacking some skills. This is not good for business as miscommunication could lead to a doom! "losing face" = เสียหน้า in Thai "broken face" (หน้าแตก) = is a Thai saying, bear the same meaning as losing face. What else had happened? OK, I was kinda stressed up. Too many things to handle at work already, and yet my colleague kept on personal chatting on phone at her desk. Her desk is next to mine, which faces against me! That really annoyed me every day! Plus I got a low level of mood swing due to PMS, it made me more aggressive. So I had no mercy towards her. Actually, I am a compromising person, but during those times I was not. I was not afraid at all that she would get upset because of what I said to her. I thought it served her right anyway cuz I was working and she was interrupting/disturbing. Another thing that makes me not so happy is . . . my papa has developed Glaucoma! Apart of all these, I was also BROKE! So at the end of the day, I hit the gym to forget of all the stress. On Friday 30th, I dressed up in devil woman for Halloween event at the gym. I love my dress! I spent only 79 baht this year for it (buy a mini skirt). What was funny was that . . . my personal trainer's face went red . . . he also tried to walk away wherever I went to. But I knew he was looking at me whenever I looked the other way, posing for photos, or giving treats to human. Yes, human! Cuz I was a ghost! Hahahaha! (I will add in my photo with my devil woman costume on.) September 30 review - 30 Sep 2009Today is the last day of the month (30 Sep 2009) and I thought to myself, I better write a short review of what had happened. My birthday fell on Friday 18th September this year, I got up at 5:30 a.m., my auntie picked my mama and I up at 6:30 a.m. We all went to Wat Amphawan ("Wat" = A Temple) to do a Vipassana Meditation. I got BD SMS's in timely order as follow: Tina (my earthly sis) - 00:06 HBD ma sis! May u have great times & may the merits u earned lead u 2 good things & good people. Gong (my real lil bro) - 07:49 HBD!! My sister. Have many SUPERB!! things come in to ur life all of the lifetime. September 08 เรื่องที่อยากให้คนบางคนอ่านเมื่อคืนไป FF หลังเลิกประชุมที่ทรู ไปเข้า RPM คืนนี้มีคนมาร่วมแจมพี่วิน ก็คือพี่ดอน สนุกดี เสียตอนที่พี่ดอนสอน แกเสียงสูง ฟังไม่ค่อยออก ต้องนี่เลย คนนี้... พี่วิน สอนได้ใจมากๆ เลิกจาก RPM ก็นั่งพัก เหนื่อยสุดๆ ความที่วันนี้คาเฟอีนเกินพิกัด คือ . . . - กาแฟ 3 ถ้วย - ไดเอ็ตโค้ก 1 กระป๋อง - ช๊อคโกแลตขม 70% อีก 1/3 แผ่น เกิดอาการเมาคาเฟอีน+ช็อคโกแลต นัด PT กับพี่วิน มาคืนวันพุธตามเวลานัด 18:00 ไม่ทัน เพราะวันนั้นต้องไปงานเปิด office ใหม่ dtac แทนนาย ถ้าพี่วินเลื่อน member ให้ได้ ก็ทำ 19:00 ไม่ได้ก็คงต้องวันพฤหัส ไม่ก็ skip ไป คุยเรื่องนี้เสร็จก็ไปเอา iPod ใน locker ออกมา เตรียมพร้อม เล่น free weight เล่นหน้าท้อง . . . มีเรื่องนึงที่กวนใจ . . . อยากจะบอกว่า หงุดหงิดนะ ไม่ชอบนะ คือ ตอนกลับเจอ Trainer ที่รู้จักกัน แล้วเค้าก็เรียก "พี่ก้อย" เสร็จก็แซวว่า "ก้อย รัชวิน รึเปล่าเนี่ย?" แล้วเค้าก็พูดต่อ "ก้อย รัดพี่วิน" อยากถามว่า เป็นอะไรมากมั๊ย? คนแซวอาจจะสนุก แต่คนที่โดนแซวบ่อยๆ ชักไม่พอใจ แบบนี้เหมือนว่าทุกคนเข้าใจว่าก้อยจีบพี่วินนะ . . . ก้อยส่ง sms หาคุณโปรด หาเจ ไม่เห็นมีใครแซวเลย ก้อยทำ สปาเก๊ตตี้ไก่สับ ทำแซนวิช ให้คุณโปรดกับเจ ทำไมไม่มีใครแซว?? ก้อยอยากบอกว่า ตอนมาเล่น FF ครั้งแรก ก้อยมาคนเดียว เล่นอะไรไม่เป็นเลยซักอย่าง ยกเว้นเครื่อง electronic กดตั้งตามมันบอกได้ เจอ PT คนแรก (ขอไม่เอ่ยชื่อ) ไม่รู้อิโหน่อิเหน่ ก็เจอจับเซ็นไป เหตุผล 4 ข้อ ที่ทำให้ต้องเลือก PT คนใหม่ (ที่เค้าตั้งใจกว่า) คือ: 1) ทำ Power Pack แล้วโดนโกงไป 1 ชม. เค้าบอกว่ารวมกับที่แถมใน PT 25+5 ชม. แล้ว 2) โกงอีกรอบ คือ ให้จดว่าใน 4 วัน กิน+ดื่มอะไรไปบ้าง เพราะเค้าต้องดูพฤติกรรมการกิน และคำนวณ calorie intake คร่าวๆ ให้ ไม่คำนวณให้เลย เราก็ทวง มันก็ด้านๆ เลย บอกว่าอันนี้แค่จดให้รู้ว่าชอบกินอะไร คุณโปรด กำลังหาแฟ้มอยู่ด้านหลัง ถึงกับอึ้งมอง หยุดชะงักไป 5 วินาที 3) ขาดวินัย - hang over จากเบียร์มา 4 ครั้ง ครั้งสุดท้ายแย่สุด คือ hang over วิสกี้ ได้กลิ่นแล้วอยากอ้วก 4) มีช่วงนึง เป็นเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ ไม่โทรตามไม่อะไรเลย อยากรู้เหมือนกันว่าตอนนั้นถ้าก้อยไม่ไป เค้าจะทำยังไง รู้แต่ว่า เจ้เล็ก เค้าทำ PT กับคนนี้เหมือนกัน ถึงกับงอน freeze ไว้ ไปเล่นที่ CAL เลย เป็นเหตุให้เริ่มเล็งละ ว่าครั้งต่อไป PT Pack 2 จะต่อดีหรือ? อยากบอกว่าไม่ได้อยากจะทำแบบนี้ เรื่องนี้เก็บไว้กับตัวเป็นเวลาหลายเดือน แต่ในเมื่อมีคนพยายามที่จะทำให้เราเสียหายในฐานะลูกผู้หญิง และมีคนละลาบละล้วงข้อมูล แล้วเอามาพูดให้ดูไม่ดี ก็เลยต้องทำแบบนี้ ไม่ได้ประทุษร้ายใคร หาก PT คนเก่าก้อยมาอ่าน ก็ต้องยอมรับ เพราะสิ่งที่เขียน คือ เรื่องที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ตอนทำ PT กับเค้าก็เป็นแบบนั้น วันนี้เค้าจะยังขาดวินัยหรือปรับปรุงแล้วเราก็ไม่รู้ มันเป็นเรื่องที่ผ่านไปแล้ว ซึ่งเราไม่อยากพูด เพราะเราเป็นผู้ใหญ่ เค้าเป็นน้อง แต่เราโดนแซว คนอื่นคงเห็นเรา friendly กับทุกคน ดูเหมือนเป็นเด็ก เพราะข้อนี้มั๊ง คนบางคนเลยคิดว่า เล่นกับเราได้ เราเป็นคนไม่อยากมีเรื่อง ชอบประนีประนอม แต่นี่เราขอ protect ตัวเองบ้าง วันนึงที่มันมากเกินไป เราอาจจะต้องเหวี่ยงและแสดงออกตรงๆ แล้วล่ะ . . ขอให้เข้าใจไว้ด้วยนะ คนที่เราอยากให้อ่าน . . เพราะอะไร ถึงเลือกพี่วิน? จริงๆ ไม่รู้จักพี่วินด้วยซ้ำ ไม่รู้ว่ามีตัวตน จนกระทั่งมี Muay Thai Launch เมื่อ Dec 2008 เป็นผู้ชายคนเดียวที่ใส่เสื้อกล้าม แถมคาดเข็มขัดแชมป์ ใส่รองเท้าอีกตังหาก คนอื่นไม่ใส่เสื้อ ไม่ใส่รองเท้า แบบนี้จะไม่ให้เด่นได้ยังไง? พี่วินอยู่ station 2 ก็เสร็จก้อยสิ มีหรือจะไม่เล่น ชกๆ ต่อยๆ พี่เค้าให้เข่า ก้อยก็เข่า ดูหน้าตาเค้าจริงจัง มองตาก็มี motivation เค้าก็ motivate และ encourage ได้ดี จนรู้สึกได้ เข่าใส่ๆๆๆๆๆ จนพี่เค้าถอยหลังๆๆๆๆ มันส์ดี ชอบ หลังจากวันนั้น ก็ได้ทักพี่วินบ้าง เวลาที่พี่เค้าว่าง พี่วินมักเป็น superman มาช่วยในตอนคับขันเสมอ ทั้งๆ ที่เค้าไม่ใช่ PT ก้อย ก้อยเริ่มชักจะอยากรู้ว่า เค้าจะเจ๋งจริงมั๊ย ก็เลยต้องไปเช็คตารางว่าพี่วินสอนอะไรบ้าง อยากรู้ว่าเค้ามีแรง motivation จริงๆ รึเปล่า ขอคอนเฟิร์ม ก็เลยไปดูตาราง เลยรู้ว่า สอน RPM จากที่ไม่เคยคิดจะขี่ bike อีกเลย หลังเจอ J ลากเข้า RPM Challenge อยากบอกว่า พี่วินเจ๋งมาก ลองคลาสแรกยังคอนเฟิร์มไม่พอ กลัวเจอหลอก ก็เข้า RPM พี่เค้าได้ 3 - 4 คลาส และก็ คุยกะพี่วินอีก 2 - 3 ครั้ง ถึงจะตัดสินใจ อยากบอกว่าที่เมืองนอก เค้าถึงกับนัด PT ขอสัมภาษณ์ครึ่งชม.เลยนะ เพราะจะจ่ายเงินทั้งที นี่เป็นสิทธิของเราที่เราจะสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อดูว่าเค้าเก่งและ focus มั๊ย และ PT คนนั้น จะเข้ากับเราได้มั๊ย เพราะเวลา train ก็เหมือนเป็น team work นะ สำหรับก้อย ทำ PT กับพี่วิน จะรู้สึกมีกำลังใจ และรู้สึกปลอดภัย เพราะถ้ามีอะไรเกิดขึ้น พี่เค้าต้อง safe ก้อยได้แน่นอน จบ. August 20 hAPPY yESTERDAY!!I was so happy last night for some reasons. Not much to do at work yesterday and big boss was in MY. Pretty much relaxing, I think. My colleague and I went into True for a meeting in the afternoon. Then after the meeting on floor 13, I went up to floor 17 to see a friend there. I had not seen him for over 1 and a half year. We chat and cracked jokes. When I arrived at the reception I claimed for my "First Club" membership. Of course, I had to return my membership card to replace with the new one. The member must be a continuous and paid FF membership for at least 10 months. I'm gonna take my sister to the gym on the weekend.
Not sure when she'll be joining me and how long she'll keep herself motivated. For me, I keep up with my schedule. I hit the gym around 4 times a week, most of the time on weekdays after work. From time to time I might hit 3 times and sometimes 5 times a week, depending on my workload. July 29 tOTALLY pISSED oFF!!!I hate that Belgian guy who keeps nagging me.

July 27 J - broken heartedI learned from J'Lek that J (my ex-personal trainer) has broken up with his gf. Oh! No doubt he looks down and he has left his moustache and beard all over the face! I thought given him THB 200 airtime to speak with his gf would help. Turned out now that it didn't!! . . . J, I feel sorry for you . . . July 25 rETURNing iPod & RPM niteOK, last night I returned him his iPod. I handed to him saying thank you very much. He asked how many movies I had uploaded. I answered, "None. Cuz I don't have the converter software. I only uploaded songs." "I'll find one and upload movies next time.", I added. He nodded. He asked how many songs I added. "Almost a hundred.", I said. "You can find in the Recently Added playlist. I also created 2 playlists." He nodded and thank me. "Tonight, you should listen to "โอ๊ย โอ๊ย" song 20 times." He looked at me, slightly showing that he was nodding. July 21 iPodP'Win offered to lend me his iPod Classic so I can watch the movie from that. So last night I borrowed him. July 20 - - -Today is Monday and is my "Report Day". Before I can proceed on producing the bunch of reports, I need to wait for the database to update. So I am not very occupied this morning. Primetime! Better update my blog! . . . Yesterday I hit the gym joining BODYPUMP and followed with RPM. I was teased by P'Win as he asked me to save the photos of Khun Chang's girlfriend's resort & home stay in Amphawa that is owned by her parents and send to his work email. He said he wants only 2 photos, but I sent all the bunches they have over the web, which are over a hundred!! He should have let me known he wanted only "2"!!!! Anyway, I was not pissed, was just a bit annoyed. He was just teasing. The receptionist girl was giggling at us. I look forward to another personal training course with P'Win though. But the problem is the uncertain work load so I can't manage my time yet. It would be great to continue as it is intensive and I enjoy having PT-ing with him. My problem of doing free-weight training are . . . 1) I often get bored and not motivated enough if I train on my own. 2) The other issue is the money!! . . . June 22 Shrimp & Valencia Orange Mixed Salad with Valencia Orange Yoghurt DressingThis is a low-calorie salad dish I read from Heatlh & Cuisine magazine June 2009 Vol. I made it and brought to the gym yesterday.
It is easy to make. Considering the investment, high cost of recipe but only with minimal cooking.

Salad Mix: Leafy Salad Mix of your favorite 1 Valencia Orange Peeled and Separated Boiled Carrot (diced) Boiled Potato (diced) 5 - 7 Boiled & Peeled Shrimps Yoghurt Dressing: 6 tablespoons of Low-Fat Natural Yoghurt Valencia Orange Juice 2 teaspoons of Grated Valencia Orange Peel A pint of salt & pepper HOW TO COOK -- will be updated soon here!! -- June 18 - last night -I hit FF QHL after work yesterday. I started by stretching on an equipment. When I was almost done with that I felt someone was looking at me from afar.
I turned and saw P'Win looking at me, smiling and waving at me.
I smiled back to greet him.
 I kicked off by a 15-minute cardio work out on a step machine. I listened to music on my iPod and humming, mumbly singing.
J came without me noticing him.
He put his hands on my lower back to greet me.
Last night the look on P'Win's face was like as if he is in love!
Is he really in love?
I doubt.

She'd been pretty busy every bit of the moment before she left. She's a hard-working and a proactive young lady. I adore her. . . . So last night we ate at a Japper restaurant on Thonglor (Sukhumvit 55). The restaurant is call "NOBU". It's next to Baan Klang Krung. The food was really nice and of course, the price is also high. I like their food soooo much!! I ate a lot really!! PK made a speech to thank Amanda and gave her a gift. She opened it. Everyone was looking at her, so she asked us not to. She was asked to say something to us. In her speech, her voice is trembling, her eyes were almost burst into tears. She suppressed her feelings. I know how hard it is for her to leave. .
. . After Japper food, we walked down the road to "HOBS", House of Beers. We drank big glasses of Belgian draft beers!! I had a glass and a bit more of Brussels's apple beer. 0.75 litre of Hoegaarden. (Actually, I had already had 1.5 glass of Asahi draft beer at NOBU.) The time was too short, but we had to bid goodbye. Amanda & I hugged each other twice. I could feel how she felt. . . . We miss you,
